RINKU PREMIUM OUTLETS® Phase 4, Landscape

This open, bustling mall-style commercial facility is designed based on the cityscape of Charleston, South Carolina, USA.
This Landscape was developed as part of the fourth phase of the plan, and takes advantage of the site's unique location facing the waterfront and adjacent to a park.

1. Direct access from the park and a planting plan that takes into account the connection with greenery to create a spatial connection
2. Designing a courtyard that will be a relaxing space for visitors
3. Creating a townscape that is integrated with the facilities of Phases 1 to 3, located on the opposite bank of the main road, and creating a sense of mobility
4. Selection of highly salt-resistant tree species to plant, taking into consideration the coastal location
5. Environmental considerations, such as the use of recycled paving materials
