Gotemba Premium Outlets Civil Engineering Design and Construction Supervision

Development of one of Japan's largest outlet facilities, located near the Gotemba Interchange on the Tomei Expressway.
Because the site is located in an urbanization control zone, the land use plan took into consideration harmony with the surrounding natural environment and contributions to local tourism, and development permission was obtained through the Development Review Board.
The facility was developed in three phases, with the scale of the building expanding in each phase and accommodating an increase in the number of vehicles visiting. In addition to developing the site and improving various infrastructure, we also widened the surrounding roads and bridges, and developed and renovated public infrastructure.
