Daitetsu Kogyo Head Office Building

The new headquarters of a railway group general contractor is located in Nishinakajima, a mixed-use area south of Shin-Osaka Station. The building is designed to be environmentally friendly to the local area, including the diverse streetscape and people passing by, while also being visible to the company's own employees, raising their awareness.
The environmentally friendly exterior, the provision of a rich space enriched by greenery near intersections, and the creation of a walkway landscape with green walls, all contribute to presenting the future of the cityscape to all residents, including those commuting to work. These efforts are not only directed outward, but also directed inward, as if reflected, by the highly transparent facade design and the green walls that are used both inside and out. The interior space, where the environmentally friendly efforts that were supposed to have been made externally can be sensed, creates a place that encourages worker vitality.
We hope that this Daitetsu Kogyo headquarters building will serve as a catalyst for the renewal of Nishinakajima's streetscape in the future.
