New Hakudo Koriyama Factory Building

Expansion work at Hakudo Co., Ltd.'s Koriyama Factory. In addition to the copper, aluminum, and stainless steel that have traditionally been handled, the factory is now handling heavy steel, so the floors and cranes are being added to withstand heavy loads. The expansion is planned in accordance with the master plan for the premises, and a future expansion is planned on the south side.
The exterior has a simple form that blends in with the existing building. ALC panels are used for the exterior wall material, taking into consideration costs and heat insulation. Vertical windows are installed in the staggered areas to avoid a feeling of oppression on the surrounding area, and they accentuate the exterior while also bringing in natural light into the factory, improving the work environment.
