Toyosu Front
Taking into consideration the regional characteristics of the Toyosu area, where a diverse range of functions are concentrated, we created an office building that connects people, nature, and the environment by dotting the area with a variety of relaxation spaces, centered around the atrium lobby.
Instead of the typical layout of a skyscraper surrounded by a large open space, the building has relatively low, large floor plates (exclusive floor area of approximately 5,000 m2 per floor), creating a densely greened, open forest called a "Green Grove." A large atrium measuring 20 x 20 m and 70 m high is installed in the center of the building, bringing natural light into the interior of the building and creating a space where you can feel the natural breeze. This atrium also serves as an exhaust shaft for excess air when cooling with outside air, and also functions as an eco-void.

Landscape Design
Aiming to provide a relaxing natural environment for visitors to this artificial city developed on reclaimed land, the "Green Grove," which occupies nearly 40% of the site, is a moist space softly wrapped in a variety of plants. In addition, sophisticated street furniture and industrial remains art (three works by Kohei Nawa, Motoi Chikamori + Kyoko Kuno, and des+art) suitable for the town of Toyosu have been installed, creating Landscape Design that induces and promotes communication between people and art.

Underground passage
At the same time, as an introductory space for Toyosu 3-chome Block 3, an approximately 115m underground passageway was constructed connecting Toyosu Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and Toyosu Front, contributing to improved convenience not only for employees and visitors to the building, but also for general users.
The spacious passageways and the uniform white interior design create a comfortable underground space with a sense of openness. The LED light wall installed at the landing of the slope changes its appearance from moment to moment, providing a comfortable rhythm.
