The deep green granite louvers and glass curtain walls give the building an appearance of both dignity and lightness, making it a landmark that stands out in the street. The walls are set back to create a slim, high-rise building, while a pilotis is provided on the first floor along Gaien Nishi Dori Street, opening the base of the building to pedestrians. The offices are equipped with a refreshment room and staircase with great views, and a rooftop garden on the second floor provides a place for employee communication, making this a comfortable and lively office building.
