The Kitahama

It is currently the tallest super-high-rise residential building in Japan (209m) *. By making effective use of the site in the heart of Tokyo, we aimed to create a compact, vertically oriented mixed-use city. facade is made of oxidized silver tiles, and the top is varied, creating a new landscape design.
