MMTowers Foresis

A super high-rise residential building located in the Yokohama Minatomirai district.
Returning to the fundamentals of housing, this is a stock-type housing project aimed at a sustainable society, pursuing high levels of "safety, comfort, and environment," creating forests in urban areas, and paying particular attention to durability, renewability, and energy efficiency.

Landscape(2012)

In the 2012 Landscape planning, we proposed creating an "urban forest" befitting the new "Minatomirai district" created on reclaimed land.
By creating an integrated plan that harmonizes with adjacent blocks, we are realizing a larger Landscape that transcends individual blocks.
