This apartment building is part of a plan to rebuild and develop the Japanese Red Cross Hiroo district, with the aim of creating an urban area that combines housing, medical care, nursing care, and health care.
With the themes of "Historical Inheritance" and "A Town of Health and Peace of Mind," the project follows a staggered layout and roof-shaped skyline to maintain continuity with Hiroo Garden Hills. Existing trees have been preserved and transplanted as much as possible, and some of the red bricks used in the former Japanese Red Cross Medical Center have been reused to preserve the area's memories. In addition, an oasis in the city has been created, with a courtyard filled with water and greenery, to create an environment for healthy living.

The theme of Landscape concept that encompasses these efforts is "connecting," which evokes the image of cooperation, succession, and networks, and is a plan that allows residents to feel the changes of the seasons up close.
In addition, we have worked to unify the entire site based on the concept by creating a sequence that uses stones and water to connect the gate to the entrances of each building, and by creating a consistent theme for the interior and exterior of the residential building entrances.
