Onward Kashiyama Sendai Building

This is a plan for a multi-purpose building that will house both a branch office and logistics functions for a fashion manufacturer. The planned site is located on the gentle arc of Kotodai Street, Sendai's main street, and is visible from afar. Given its location, we aimed to create a distinctive form that would leave an impression on people passing by, and a building that would become an eye-catching landmark in the city. For facade, we adopted a double-skin facade to combine the transparency of glass with the comfort of an office space, with a focus on achieving both design and functionality.
