The large square is centered around red rock and lodge-style buildings in the Colorado style, as well as coniferous trees, creating a townscape that gives the illusion of shopping at a shopping center overseas. The facility is characterized by its all-story buildings and follows the image theme of "a beautiful small town in Colorado surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains." By expanding and extending the existing facilities, it is completed as a circuit-type mall, enhancing the sense of unity as a facility.
