Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Building

Construction of a new office building facing the intersection of Route 15 and Hibiya Street, northeast of JR Tamachi Station. Together with the apartment complex on the neighboring land, we used development permission, comprehensive design, and single-district certification methods to increase floor area and relocate the residential building that was required to be attached. We have received evacuation safety verification law, fire resistance performance verification law, and structural evaluation, and are working to simplify the facilities. For the exterior design, we adopted low-e glass curtain walls on the north and south sides that provide a clear view, aiming for a design that will become a landmark in the area.
