This office building, which serves as the company's headquarters, is located between Maru Building and the Imperial Palace Outer Gardens. Facing the building is Marunouchi Nakadori Street, the main street of the wide Marunouchi area stretching from Otemachi to Yurakucho. The design emphasizes the human-scale space it forms with the lower floors of the building, creating continuity from a pedestrian perspective.
