This is a complex office building that aims to complete the Marunouchi hub in front of Tokyo Station by proactively introducing and integrating advanced business functions and interaction and revitalization functions appropriate for an international business center, while also increasing continuity and accessibility with the surrounding buildings.
We have created a landscape that preserves history and culture, and have developed an open, comfortable, amenity space that enhances intellectual creativity.

The architectural facade design incorporates greenery that can be seen from ground level, and takes into account the characteristics of the surrounding streets, providing a relaxing space in Marunouchi with an external space that incorporates new technologies such as dry mist and wall greening.
