Breezë Tower
This project is a redevelopment project combining the Sankei Building and Shimadzu Shokai sites, and is a skyscraper with a combination of office, commercial, hall, conference rooms, and restaurants. The building is planned based on the concept of a "gentle building" that is not only environmentally conscious and reduces energy consumption, but also friendly to the people who gather there. In collaboration with Ingenhoven, we went one step further than achieving both environmental symbiosis and design, aiming to create a new building that is thought out from the perspective of people.
