facade design changes with the seasons. Polished and fully-gloss painted exterior wall materials and grooved glass that lets in light are effectively used to reflect the changing colors of the sky and the greenery of the roadside trees with each season and hour, creating a building that changes its appearance with its surroundings, making it a facility that blends into the scenery of residential areas in the city center.
