An outlet center that creates an extraordinary space. The design concept of "Tosu Premium Outlet" is "Spanish Colonial Style," inspired by the beautiful city of Santa Barbara in southern California. The towers, white plaster walls, orange Spanish roof tiles, and the green palm trees create an atmosphere that contrasts beautifully.
