It was an unconventional property that broke various records in the condominium industry at the time of planning, including 100-year-old concrete and sustainable design. The supply, sale, and delivery of 1,000 ultra-luxury tower condominium units was an unprecedented experience for both the developer and the project manager, and we fully utilized our know-how as designers to challenge the industry as a first.
