The Industry Club of Japan, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking

The preservation and restoration of a historic building in the city center. This is a block development that involves the preservation and restoration of the Japan Industrial Club Building (registered as a national tangible cultural property in 1920). It employs a groundbreaking construction method in which the building is preserved through the use of seismic isolation devices on top of a newly constructed underground structure.
