KG Tenjin Building
An office building that makes the most of its site environment. The north side overlooking Hakata Bay has floor-to-ceiling glass openings that create a sense of openness, while the east side, which is adjacent to the building, has deep, horizontal windows with reduced opening area. A refreshment corner and restrooms that let in natural light are located in the core, enabling a high level of tenant service.
