Meiji Yasuda Seimei Building (Marunouchi MY PLAZA)

The project involves preserving the Meiji Seimei Building, an important cultural property, in its active state, and redeveloping the entire block under the specific block system.
In the gap between the historic building and the newly constructed high-rise building, we created unprecedented spaces such as a passageway and atrium. The office floors of the high-rise building are surrounded by 270 meters of continuous windows on all four sides, creating a workplace filled with natural light.
