Trinity Tower

A complex consisting of a 246m-tall office tower and annexe (commercial facility and parking lot) located in the central business district known as the "Golden Triangle" of Jakarta, Indonesia.
The office tower is positioned at a 45-degree angle to the road, creating a sense of spaciousness and resolving the conflict with neighboring buildings while enhancing the tower's symbolic character. In addition, commercial facilities will be located on the lower floors of the parking tower, creating activity between the office tower and the parking tower, creating an organic connection to the bustle of the town.
The building is constructed with reinforced concrete, which is economical in Southeast Asia, and has a 45 x 45m floor plan and a square core to ensure uniform office space on all four sides. The exterior has slits in the corners to create a slender 1:8 proportion, and vertical fins on facade give the design a sense of elevation.
