Trinity Tower

Located in the central business district of Jakarta, Indonesia known as the "Golden Triangle," this complex consists of a 246m-tall office tower and annexe (commercial facilities and parking).
The office tower is positioned at a 45-degree angle to the road, creating a sense of spaciousness and resolving the conflict with neighboring buildings while enhancing the tower's symbolism.In addition, commercial facilities will be located on the lower floors of the parking tower, creating activity between the office tower and the building, creating an organic connection to the bustle of the town.
The building employs an economical reinforced concrete structure in Southeast Asia, with a 45 x 45m floor plan and a square core to ensure uniform office space on all four sides. The exterior has slits in the corners to create a slender 1:8 proportion, and vertical fins on facade give the design a sense of elevation.
