In this project, we worked with the client to resolve a wide range of issues in land use planning, from coordinating the land readjustment project, including dealing with landowners, to relocating high-voltage transmission lines within the planned site, while also working on design and development permits.
As the Construction Supervision, we tenaciously faced various difficulties that arose during construction, including coordinating with road construction work being carried out in the surrounding area. Throughout the long-term planning process, all members worked together to manage the project with the highest priority on improving client satisfaction.
We led the construction of infrastructure, including large-scale land development and the construction of public facilities, to completion, paving the way for future developments.
