We implemented comprehensive lifecycle program management for OTSUMA GAKUIN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION 's existing facilities, totaling 34 buildings across four locations. Facing the current challenges of complex facility management across multiple campuses, we supported the client, who needed to improve the "quantity and quality" of their physical facilities. Based on the repair plan, we developed a long-term annual construction plan through document analysis and interviews, promoting the PDCA cycle. Additionally, we established a system that allows for continuous collaboration among stakeholders, including regular monitoring across each location, thereby reducing the burden of facility management and streamlining the process.
