"LCPM" type construction management at four locations of OTSUMA GAKUIN

We implemented comprehensive life cycle program management for the existing facilities of OTSUMA GAKUIN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, totaling 34 buildings across four locations. We supported the client, who needed to improve the "quantity and quality" of their facilities in the face of today's challenges, such as the increasing complexity of facility management across multiple campuses. Based on the repair plan, we developed a long-term annual construction plan through document analysis and interviews, and promoted the PDCA cycle. In addition, we established a system that allows related parties to continuously cooperate, such as through regular monitoring across each location, thereby reducing the burden of facility management and streamlining it.
