This is the company's new research center, which focuses on stimulating people's "ability to feel" and allowing them to choose where they work, "FeELD (Feel + Field)."
We propose "ABW+e (environment)," which adds lighting and air-conditioning to the ABW * options. From outdoors to semi-outdoor spaces to indoors, you can find a place to be from a variety of "places" with a gradation of different environments in terms of temperature, brightness, size, etc.
The building went beyond the typical solution for environmentally friendly facilities by achieving both energy savings and improved comfort, such as by using a grand roof to block sunlight and creating large openings, and was awarded a "ZEB" rating and a CASBEE Wellness Office S rank, the highest rating in each category.
