With the keyword of "circulation" and mobility in mind, we aimed to create an office that would realize the company's new way of working.
By placing the workspace and staircases around the atrium in the center of the building, we have created an open space that encourages interaction between employees. The wood used for the interior, the tiles that match facade, and the windows on the staircase that overlook the street trees also contribute to employee refreshment.
In addition, by analyzing the surrounding environmental characteristics, optimizing air conditioning capacity to match actual usage, and planning lighting equipment, we were able to obtain ZEB certification while ensuring office comfort. This is an environmentally friendly medium-sized office model that was implemented through project management that included rational design and cost control in a short period of time.
