HEAT DX

The use of renewable energy is increasing as we move towards a carbon-free society. district heating and cooling facilities (DHC) are expected to serve as a demand response resource to address the issue of fluctuations in power supply due to natural conditions.
Currently undergoing testing at the Osaka Station DHC Plant (Plant 2), HEAT DX is a service that uses a highly accurate digital twin model built from data collected by IoT devices from operational DHCs to provide DHC operators with real-time information such as load forecasts, operation plans, and evaluations to support the optimization of operations. It is expected to solve problems facing the heating equipment industry, such as labor shortages and energy conservation, as well as provide a solution to the upcoming priority issue of introducing renewable energy into large-scale power transmission networks.
