This is a mid-sized tenant office building that responds to the diversification of work styles and values and the question of "the meaning of going to the office" that has been raised in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The first floor is open to the local community as an open space with a cafe and benches, creating a space where a variety of people can come and go, creating a connection with the city. The office floors are made up of bay windows with heights that can range from seats to counter desks, and by creating a space around the windows where a variety of activities can take place, the individuality of the tenants is expressed on the exterior.
In terms of facilities, the building has adopted air-type radiant air conditioning to reduce airflow and temperature variations, as well as DALI-controlled and motion-sensor-activated lighting in a format that allows for flexible operation by each tenant. A high level of comfort and energy efficiency have been achieved *. This is a model case that shows what a mid-sized tenant office building should be like in the future.
*The first tenant office building to receive WELL Core preliminary Platinum certification under the WELL V2 standard.
