Harumi 3-chome Project

Harumi 3-chome Project

The building (office tower in the back, hotel tower in the foreground) is located at the intersection of the axis that connects Tokyo's waterfront area with Tsukiji and Ginza in the city center, and has a symbolic design that is suitable as the gateway to the Harumi area with its "wake wave" design. A new barrier-free pedestrian deck has been installed between the buildings.

This redevelopment project is planned to be located at the intersection of the axis connecting Tokyo's waterfront area with Tsukiji and Ginza in the city center.
The complex has been certified as a single housing complex, with the offices and hotel located in separate buildings, and a green space that continues into the adjacent Reimeibashi Park has been created in front of the building, creating a green network that connects with the local parks. At the same time, a barrier-free deck connects the complex to Harumi Daisan Park across the street, creating a three-dimensional pedestrian network that extends into the town, with the aim of creating a development that is rooted in the local community.
The design of the two buildings was inspired by the phenomenon of "wake waves" created on the water surface by ships, and features different details creating facade befitting the gateway to the Harumi area.
