Shanghai Xuhui Vanke Center Phase III (East District)

A panoramic view of the East District of Shanghai Xuhui Vanke Center Phase 3. The inclusion of a central park has contributed to enhancing the value of the entire area.

Xuhui Vanke Centre Phase 3 is a 500,000 m2 mixed-use development adjacent to Shanghai South Station, directly connected to three subway lines. As a new TOD model, urban development integrated with a park was planned. It includes tower offices with column-free spaces of approximately 3,000 m2 per floor and a depth of 14.5 m, low-rise corporate headquarters buildings each approximately 8,000 m2, commercial facilities, and a lush central park, aiming to enhance the value of the entire area.
In this eastern area, we have created a pedestrian-centered street space based on the concept of "Park Avenue," incorporating the spatial techniques of Tokyo's Marunouchi Nakadori Street. Two office towers and two low-rise headquarters buildings have been placed along the pedestrian-only street, creating a bustling business area that blends in with the park.

Shanghai Xuhui Vanke Center Phase 3, panoramic view of East District

A pedestrian-only street runs between two office towers and two low-rise headquarters buildings.
The concept is "Park Avenue," incorporating the spatial techniques of Tokyo's Marunouchi Nakadori Street, which was designed by our company.
The first floor of the building is a piloti, and a covered walkway connects the buildings, allowing you to approach the subway station (far left) without getting wet in the rain.
