Environmental Design/CN/ZEB
In architectural projects, it is essential to create a comfortable, safe and healthy living environment through the sophisticated integration of space and various facilities such as lighting and air conditioning.
Mitsubishi Jisho Design responds to these efforts with environmental designs that aim to reduce the environmental impact of buildings and cities, including the development and implementation of a variety of environmental technologies aimed at energy conservation and the operation of highly efficient facilities, as well as comprehensive energy management at the local level.
In addition, as a registered "ZEB * Planner," we utilize these technologies and knowledge to provide design and consulting services for ZEB buildings. In response to requests for carbon neutrality and ESG investment, we propose optimal solutions that take into account cost and comfort.
We aim to realize a sustainable society by proposing MEP Engineering that emphasize environmental design from a wide range of perspectives in all phases of architectural projects, from business planning to design, Construction Supervision, commissioning, and Renovation.
*ZEB: Net Zero Energy Building is a building that aims to achieve a zero energy balance through energy conservation and energy generation while providing a comfortable indoor environment.
