Mitsubishi Jisho Design was one of the first to recognize the importance of Renovation, having undertaken the renovation of facilities for Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi Estate Group companies for which it had been involved in the design work. It was the first to establish a specialized department in 1995, and has since accumulated a wealth of experience and know-how in a variety of building types.
From the investigation and diagnosis of existing buildings to seismic diagnosis and seismic retrofitting, environmentally friendly renovations (reducing CO2 emissions, achieving ZEB *1), conversion *2 (change of use) proposals, and the formulation of long-term repair plans, we combine a wide range of menus to propose optimal solutions tailored to your needs.
