Environment Review013Year Book 2014低炭素社会の形成に寄与するため、太陽光や風力などの自然の力を利用したエネルギーの利用で創エネを目指しています。建物単体への取り組みだけでなく、大手町・丸の内・有楽町地区やみなとみらい21地区など多くの地域で、建物間エネルギー融通などの地域エネルギーシステムの構築、スマートシティ化構想に取り組んでいます。また建物における自然環境の利用(自然換気・昼光利用)や抑制(日射遮蔽)により、建物を運営していく上での熱負荷を低減するとともに、高効率空調・照明や輻射空調、居住域空調など常に設備の高効率化の研究を続け、コストとの兼ね合いの中でお客様に省エネ技術の採用を提案・実現しています。To help bring about a low-carbon society, we working to introduce natural energy sources such as wind and solar power. And beyond individual buildings, we are helping to implement a smart-city vision in districts like Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho in Tokyo, and Minato Mirai 21 in Yokohama, by constructing district energy systems featuring energy sharing between buildings.One focus of this eort is reducing the heat load in buildings through systems that use the natural environment, such as natural ventilation and daylighting, and control systems to shield against direct sunlight on hot days. We have an active research program in the eld of energy-ecient technology, allowing us to propose and deliver to customers cost-eective solutions such as highly ecient air conditioning and lighting systems, radiant air conditioning, and occupied zone air conditioning.Energy Efficiencyエネルギーの有効利用Environment Review42131.
