StrStrStructure：PREBEAMLIGHTWINDStructure：PREBEAMRecent Environmental Projects016Year Book 2014「ミニマム・シンプル」をデザインコンセプトとしたキユーピーの本社ビル建替え計画。「環境省グリーンファイナンス事業認定制度」の第１号物件。環境提案として以下の取組みを行っております。① 全層換気のダブルスキン② 構造と一体となった昼光利用　・プレビーム梁の採用により小梁を最小限とし天井高さ３ｍを確保。窓周りは更に折り上った天井構成 ・免震構造により東西面の柱は無くし、北側の柱をミニマムとすることで最大限の外光を執務空間に取り込んだ計画③ その他　・外部ルーバーによる熱負荷低減　・3F、12Fの積極的な緑化Rebuilding of the Kewpie Corporation head oce under the design concept “simple minimum”. This was the rst project to be approved under the Ministry of the Environment’s interest subsidy program to encourage green nance. The project features the following environmental proposals.1) Double skin ventilation on every oor2) Natural lighting integrated into structure • Slim prebeams are used to minimize crossbeams and secure a ceiling height of 3m. The ceiling conguration is higher around windows. • The seismically isolated structure eliminates columns on the east and west sides and minimizes them on the north side, for oce spaces with maximum natural light.3) Other • Reduced heat load by external louvers • Green proposal for 3rd and 12th oorsShibuya 1 Chome Rebuilding Project（仮称）渋谷一丁目建替プロジェクトRecent Environmental Projects
