Year Book 2014Project View 023Project View Shinmachi Cubeシンマチキューブ青森市の中心市街地活性化基本計画の中で位置付けられた再開発事業です。中心市街地のメインストリート「新町通り」の活性化を図るため、建物内公開空地のイベントスペースと青森ケーブルテレビのオープンスタジオを南側の新町通りと北側の神社をつなぐように設け、地域の新たな回遊動線を生み出しました。This is a redevelopment project within the context of Aomori City’s basic urban plan to revitalize the city center. It is located on Shinma-chi-dori, the main street of the city center.
