Year Book 2014Project View 025Project View Nagoya Tokio Marine & Nichido Building名古屋東京海上日動ビルディング東京海上日動火災保険㈱の中京圏における拠点ビルです。一般利用者に開放されたホールやギャラリーを低層階に配置、ランドスケープやインテリアには地場産の素材を取り入れ、地域に根差したデザインを行いました。ダブルスキンの窓ガラスや全館LED照明の採用、72時間以上運転可能な非常用自家発電設備を導入しています。This building is the regional head-quarters of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co. in the Nagoya metropolitan area. The lower oors contain halls and galleries that are open to the public. The landscaping and interior use locally sourced mate-rials, for a design that is rooted in the region.
