豊洲駅前のオフィス開発街区における最後のプロジェクトです。そこに建物が納まることで「職・住・学・遊」が集結する豊洲がより魅力的な街になることを目指しました。空地には街区として一体性のあるにぎわいと憩いの森を創出し、既存ビルと隣接する面の外装は巨大な壁面を感じさせず周辺の緑に溶け込むテラコッタタイルを用いたデザインとしていますThis is the final project for the office building development district fronting on Toyosu Station. The design aim was for the insertion of this building to add to the convergence of work, living, study, and play in Toyosu, making it an even more attractive area. A relaxing green area was created in open space and integrated with the district, adding to its vitality.
