北浜一丁目平和ビルProject ViewKitahama 1-Chome Heiwa Building土佐堀通りと土佐堀川に挟まれた細長い敷地に建つ全面リバービューの賃貸用事務所ビルです。耐震性と居住性を損なわずに居室内の柱を削減するＴＭＤダンパーの設置などにより、通りから川への視線の抜けを確保し、開放的で快適な執務空間を実現しました。外観は「一本の大樹」に見立てた温かみのあるデザインとしています。This is a tenant oce building located on a long and narrow site between Tosabori-dori and the Tosabori River in Osaka. It oers riverside views along its entire length. A Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) system provides earthquake security while allowing a reduced number of columns in the interior, to enable comfortable oce spaces with sweeping views from the street to the river.
