Dream Mall台湾・台南市で最大規模となる商業、ホテル、オフィス、映画館などからなる複合施設です。紡績工場跡の開発計画で、工場の歴史を継承し表現するため、紡ぐ・織る・包むなどの「糸」や「布」にまつわるキーワードをもとにデザインコンセプトを構築。それぞれの用途が折り重なるような建物構成とし、内部と外部の有機的なつながりや斜めの吹き抜けを介した上下階の視線のつながりが特徴です。This is a major mixed-use complex in the East District of Tainan City, Taiwan. It includes retail, hotel, office, and cinema functions. The design concept inherits the industrial heritage of the site, with keywords related to thread and cloth, such as “spin”, “weave”, and “enfold”.
