Year Book 2018Project View皇居外苑・大手門のほとりに立つオフィスをメインとした複合ビル。隣接の大手門タワー・JXビル（2015年11月竣工）と一体の都市再生特区として、国際的ビジネス拠点機能支援の整備、地域環境改善・環境負荷低減による貢献、高度防災都市機能を強化、さらに歩行者ネットワークを整備しました。特に広場やビル共用部を利用した帰宅困難者受け入れ施設や防災備蓄倉庫の整備など、地域防災の支援・機能強化に取り組みました。This is a mixed-used office building located near the Otemon Gate and East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. It was developed as an integral part of a special urban renaissance project together with the adjoining Otemon Tower / JX Building (completed in November 2015). It provides an international business center and improves the area’s environment, as well as upgrading Tokyo’s urban disaster preparedness and expanding the local pedestrian network.
