Year Book 2018Project ViewX-PRESS 有楽町Project ViewX-PRESS Yurakucho銀座と日比谷に挟まれた有楽町の南端に建つオフィスビル。西側はJRの線路、東側は高速道路に接する敷地であることから、スピード感のある横連窓の流麗なデザインを目指しました。また不整形な敷地に対して、まとまったオフィスプレートを確保するため、南側の三角エリアに階段やエレベーター、水まわりなどのコアを効率よく配置。共用部に自然光を取り込むよう開放的な窓廻りとしました。This is an office building in the Yurakucho district of Tokyo, between Ginza and Hibiya. Situated between Japan Railway lines to the west and an expressway to the east, the building responds to its setting with a flowing design and uninterrupted horizontal windows that convey a sense of speed. Generous floor plates on the irregularly shaped site were secured by gathering stairs, elevators, wet services and other core functions in a triangular area on the south side.
