Year Book 2018Project View開かれたお寺への変革を図る築地本願寺の境内整備計画。永代納骨堂である合同墓と情報発信と交流の拠点となるインフォメーションセンターを新設したほか、本堂1階のラウンジへの改修、守衛所と倉庫棟の新設、および本堂前面広場の再整備を行いました。元設計の伊東忠太氏による印度様式をベースにして、個々の用途にふさわしい仏教建築の形態を取り入れてデザインしています。This is an expansion project for the precincts of Tsukiji Hongwanji, as it seeks to strengthen its identity as an open and accessible temple. In addition to a new perpetual memorial mausoleum and an information center as a site for communication and interaction, the lounge on the first floor of the main hall was renovated, a guard station and storage wing were added, and the plaza in front of the main hall was renewed.
