松島石田沢防災センターProject ViewMatsushima Ishidasawa Disaster Prevention Center災害時に情報提供や炊き出し、救護所などの拠点施設として機能するとともに、通常は無料の休憩所のほか、防災に関する各種研修や防災まちづくりの啓蒙・啓発活動の拠点となる施設。日常においても、災害時においても利用者の心が安らぎホッとできるような空間を目指し、構造体から仕上げ材、サインに至るまで木材を使い、温かみがあり優しく人々を包み込む空間をつくりました。During natural disasters, this facility will provide information and meals, and serve as a rst-aid station. During normal times it will be a free-of-charge rest house and will support disaster-related education, training, and community development work.
