Year Book 2018International ProjectsInternational Projects［ インターナショナルプロジェクト ］長春東第二期項目（偉峰資訊中心）Changchun Weifeng Zixun ZhongxinCompletion November, 2017Location Changchun, Jilin Province, ChinaBuilding Use Oce, RetailSite Area 13,448m²Total Floor Area 107,128m²Floors 39 above ground, 2 basementStructure RCProject Data中国東北地方の吉林省の省都、長春市のプロジェクトです。新しい開発地域である浄月経済開発区の入口に位置し、市街から直線に伸びる大通りに面しています。通りから見て新しい街のゲートとなるようなシンボル性を意識し、建物の南北方向を絞り、分節することにより二本の石柱のように見せ、街のランドマークとしました。建物の北面を減らすことにより長春の寒い気候に対応させています。側面は日射を最大限に受けるガラスカーテンウォールとし、中国の都市の入口にある「門」をイメージした石のフレームでダイナミックに演出しました。This is a mixed use project in Changchun, the capital of China’s northeastern Jilin Province. It is located at the gateway of the new Jingyue Special Economic Development Zone, facing a major road that runs straight from the city center. To emphasize the symbolic significance of the project as a gate to the city, all buildings in the project are oriented along a north-south axis and segmented the façade to appear like a pair of stone pillars. North facing facades were minimized to respond to Changchun’s cold winters, and side facing facades were cladded with glass curtain walls to receive maximum sunlight. With its stone frame, the project is a dynamic presentation of the gate to a Chinese city.026
