Year Book 2018R&D［ R&D ］三菱地所設計の「Ｒ＆Ｄ推進室」は、環境および先進技術の情報収集、研究開発や調査を行い、全社横断的に活動することで、情報の集約化や新しい価値創造に結び付けることを目指します。「テクノロジーと生活を結び、豊かな空間づくりを実現する」をスローガンに、ビッグデータの利活用、IOT、AIおよびBIM活用をはじめとする先進技術を、これからの街づくりや多様化する施設にどう融合させていくかを考え、未来のビジョンを模索します。Ｒ&Ｄ推進室はさまざまな企業との協業も積極的に行い、快適で持続的社会構築の一助となる普遍的価値を創造します。（当社ホームページにＲ＆Ｄ推進室の特設ページを開設しました。）The Research and Development Promotion Office of Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei conducts research and development, performs surveys, and gathers information about environmental and advanced design and other technologies. It operates on a company-wide basis with the goals of deepening access to information and creating new value. Under the slogan of “linking technology and life and creating vibrant spaces”, the oce investigates advanced technologies such as IOT, AI, and BIM, and asks how these technologies and big data can be blended with urban development and diversifying facilities in a vision of the future.The Research and Development Promotion Oce also cooperates actively with other companies toward the creation of common values that will help bring about a comfortable and sustainable society.
