Project ViewYear Book 2019事務センターProject ViewBusiness Center金融機関である建築主の高度な情報処理をサポートする施設。機能・コストの最適化やリスク分散を図るために分棟化しており、各棟は維持更新や拡張性を重視した設計とし、重要建屋は免震構造としています。設備的にも災害や予期せぬ障害に備えた、高い冗長性を確保しました。分節化やセットバックによる敷地境界から後退していくスカイラインの形成により、街並みや周辺環境に調和した佇まいとなるように意図しました。This project is a facility to support advanced information processing by a major financial institution. To optimize cost performance and distribute risk exposure, the center has a segmented layout, with each wing designed for maintenance, renewal, and expansion. Seismic isolation is provided for important buildings, and equipment is highly redundant to guard against disasters and unexpected failures.
