Project ViewYear Book 2019環境対応▪空調停止時にも外気を取り込める軒裏自然換気システム▪凹面形状の地域開放広場を利用した雨水流出抑制▪引込みインフラの二重化によるBCP強化福島テレビProject ViewFukushima TV地方テレビ局の本社屋建て替えプロジェクト。新しい表現を試みた押出成形セメント版とガラス張りのコミュニケーションラウンジが特徴の外観や、通り抜けできるエントランス、市民に開放される広場により、地域の情報・文化・復興の核となる社屋を目指しました。免震構造には球面すべり支承を採用しています。This project is the reconstruction of the headquarters of a regional TV broadcaster. Notable features of the exterior include the use of extruded cement panels and the glass cladding of the communication lounge. The walk-though entrance and plaza are open to the community, contributing to the building’s role as a core location for information, culture, and disaster recovery.
