ConsultingProjects［ コンサルティングプロジェクト ］香月メディカルビルKatsuki Medical Building出産・子育てをする女性とその家族を総合的にサポートする都市型複合医療施設。環境配慮、工期縮減、経済的合理性の観点から、既存のオフィスビルをコンバージョンしました。建物の軽量化と耐震補強により耐震性能を向上させ、外装デザインを一新させました。外装には、山型に構成されたセラミックプリントを施した高透過ガラスや、表面にほのかな突起をつけたアルミキャスト、涙型断面のアルミルーバーといった材料を内部の機能に合わせて3層に分節し、再構成することで多様で華やかなデザインを実現しました。This is an urban medical facility oering comprehensive obstetric and child rearing services for women and their families. It is housed in a converted office building – a rational and environmentally friendly method that enabled immediate carbon savings, a shorter construction time, and lower costs. Earthquake resistance was enhanced by seismic reinforcements and modifications to lower the weight of the building. The facade was redesigned in three layers from bottom to top, with materials selected according to floor function. The materials included highly transparent ceramic-printed glass, cast aluminum with small surface projections, and aluminum louvers with tear-shaped sections.
