OngoingProjects［ 進行中プロジェクト ］ケボンメラティプロジェクトKebon Melati ProjectMJRI社（在シンガポール、三菱地所レジデンス100％子会社）と現地企業による、ジャカルタ初のコンドミニアムプロジェクトです。立地は大型商業施設が集まるジャカルタの中心地に位置し、低層部には商業施設と駐車場、高層部にコンドミニアムが配置されます。最高高さ約140m。L字型の配棟がジャカルタの都市や前面の水辺と対峙します。ファサードやインテリアの繊細な建築言語とともに充実したランドスケープが広がり、都市の中で住まう「Urban Haven（隠れ家）」をデザインで体現しています。This project is the first condominium project by the Joint-Venture of MJR Investment Pte Ltd. and a local developer. The project site is located at the center of Jakarta in the vicinity of large shopping malls. This project provides a retail and carparking at the podium with a condominium tower. The total building height is planned to be approx. 140m above ground. The L-shaped tower configuration faces the urbanscape and water body in front of the site.
