Therefore, we proposed to create a variety of places that the employees can select from to meet di■erent needs and then carefully built consensus through workshops and dialogues. We proposed that they put together the process and results into a brochure and video, supported selecting a production company and communicating intentions, and provided materials. They will be shared with relevant parties and visitors, contributing to the accountability for the rebuilding, securing human resources, and enhancing corporate value. In addition, a reform promotion system (new secretariat) was established at the new head office■ and a ■PDCA cycle for task reduction” is being implemented to continue improving the workplace and work style.
